A small town girl from Lac Sainte-Marie, Quebec, Charlie-Ann is pursuing her license in civil law and B.Sc.Soc. specializing in international development and globalization at the University of Ottawa. She has always been very involved in her community, whether as the youth representative for Lac Sainte-Marie’s family policy or as a candidate for municipal councillor in the upcoming 2017 elections. When not working or studying, she volunteers at her local youth centre, of which she is the founder.
She builds programs based on the development of equal access to education, social support systems and enforcing an environmental consciousness to help youth reach their full potential.
