Erin is studying for her B.Sc. in Agriculture majoring in Agronomy at the University of Saskatchewan. She’s thankful for her agricultural roots, 4-H leadership involvement, work experience at Paterson Grain, and title of certified Cow/Calf and Field Crop Technician through a Government of Alberta program. Some of her biggest areas of interest are food security, implementing sustainable practices on large-scale farming operations, agriculture education, and the effects of media portrayal and government policies on the industry and markets. An advocate for the industry and a proud Agro, Erin is passionate about all things agriculture. Erin desires to work towards practical solutions for the issue of feeding nine billion people by 2050.
Erin wants to work with producers, consumers, policy makers, and businesses alike to increase public understanding of the importance of food production and how much it affects everyone at the local, provincial, national, and global level.Website: https://twitter.com/erin_eh @erin_eh
