Félicia is a Laurentian University graduate where she studied Law and Justice as well as Spanish Language and Culture. Her interest in languages led her to receive the Multilingual Basic Competence Certificate for her studies in French, English and Spanish. As a proud Franco-Ontarian, she is now attending law school, in University of Ottawa’s French J.D. program. Having been a research assistant for the Poverty, Homelessness and Migration research alliance – studying poverty in Northern Ontario – she is passionate about addressing access to justice issues for the people who need justice the most. She also interned in Morocco where she worked with NGOs militating in Human rights, Women’s rights and the representation of women in politics.
Félicia is an avid martial artist and believes in the importance of finding balance in life.
