Kinga Nolan has been politically active since her first campaign at the age of six, helping her mother deliver literature and install signs for a federal candidate. Since then, she has volunteered on over a dozen campaigns at all three levels of government. Kinga is a Calgary’s Mayor Youth Council alumni and now maintains several political board of director positions where she promotes youth civic engagement. This past summer, she saw the inner workings of the Alberta Legislative Assembly through employment as a Constituency Office Assistant for an MLA. Additionally, after sustaining a head injury, Kinga advocates for this cause as a guest speaker at events, government advocacy work, and public education campaigns to increase awareness and reduce occurrences of head injuries. She is also passionate about the environment and Canada’s agricultural industry, which is often underrepresented. In addition to her political interests, Kinga has an interest in science, business, and agriculture. These interests along with her activities in politics resulted in her receiving a prestigious $80,000 Schulich Leader Scholarship in science. Subsequently, Kinga began her studies at the University of Saskatchewan pursing a Bachelor of Agriculture in Agricultural Economics. One day, Kinga hopes to represent her fellow Canadians in the House of Commons.
