Khadija Mohamed: Humber River--Black Creek

Khadija is a fourth year student at the University of Toronto pursuing a double major in Biology and English. As an active member of several groups on her campus, she serves as an executive of Habitat for Humanity UTM, Aspiring Physicians of Tomorrow and Somali Student Association. Outside of school, she is a current fellow of the Mosaic Institute’s UofMosaic fellowship in which she is helping develop a social action campaign seeking to eliminate prejudice, bias and pre-judgement. Khadija is passionate about social advocacy and community outreach and ultimately hopes to contribute to a more inclusive and welcoming society.
