Makboolee Fyith: Peace River-Westlock

Is a student at the University of Alberta studying Biology and Psychology with hopes of pursing a career in health care. She has always been passionate about participating in initiatives and organizations that help improve the lives of others. As a certified CrossFit trainer, she created her own non-profit organization to host events that sponsored proper medical aid in third world countries. She is currently the Co-President for the student branch of Diabetes Canada and a former director on the National Organization for rare disorders. After four years of being a delegate and chairman for the University level United Nations and World Health Organization Conferences, she became passionate about using her science background to influence policy.
