Corinne originates from beautiful Burlington, Ontario, and attends McGill University in Montreal, Quebec. She majors in Gender, Sexuality, Feminist & Social Justice Studies, and Indigenous Studies, and is very passionate about these topics! Corinne is currently focused on the importance of Indigenous Languages revitalization, Intersectional Politics over Respectability Politics, and bettering Health & Sexual Education. She believes that good leadership and advocacy means lifting up those around you, and creating good policies that further support this mandate. Outside of political involvement Corinne is an active volunteer with the Canadian Improv Games, a national improvised theatre organization for High School students, and will be living in Chile next year on scholarship to study Spanish. Representing her community is an absolute honour, and she looks forward to a week of learning, inspiration, and hope in April with delegates from across Canada, working towards a brighter, more sustainably feminist future of Canadian politics.
