Bronwyn is a 4th year Bachelor of Science in Biology student at St. Francis Xavier University in Nova Scotia. She is a Terry Fox Humanitarian Award Scholar who has strived to make a difference in her community by volunteering with several organizations, being active in cheerleading, and working a part-time job, all while keeping up with her studies. She is beyond grateful to be selected for this experience and hopes to be able to make a difference for the women in her local community and across Canada. After a traumatic event and overcoming some mental health struggles, Bronwyn has come back excited and ready to make a difference. She strongly advocates for equal rights for women and believes that they should always be given equal opportunity, especially in the political world.
