My name is Trisha Ordona. I am working towards a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at Ryerson University. During my studies at Ryerson University, I was part of campus clubs and programs such as the Tri-Mentoring Program and RU Student Life where I served several roles. My hobbies include travelling and hiking. When I’m not outdoors enjoying nature, I enjoy blogging about life experiences to help communicate with youth and guide them on how to deal with issues relative to their lives. I continue to dedicate my time towards helping people others by volunteering for organizations to educate myself more about diverse issues. My goal is to address issues such as poverty and homelessness that are impacting my local community and the wider Canadian society. I am passionate about helping those in need and giving back to my local community. In my blog, I write about key issues relevant in Canadian society today. Through my social media channels and volunteering, my goal is to enhance awareness on concerning issues. I continue to motivate youth to take action by reaching out in their own local communities. I aim to use my experience in the roles I take to build relationships towards reaching the goal of improving the lives of others.
